LEADERSHIP

  • Our leadership team consists of various gifts and talents of nine deacons who along with the minister make up the diaconate. Supported by Baptist governance and the identity of the church membership the leadership seek to serve the purpose of God for their generation.

  • Paul McKnight

    PASTOR

    Paul served as associate minister at a charismatic church in Clapham before returning to his Baptist roots, serving within the leadership team of West Croydon Baptist Church. Studying at Spurgeon college after being trained in the arts and worked in the legal and health and social care sector. Paul has a passion for creatively communicating the gospel and encouraging gifting’s within churches and communities. Paul has a heart for discipleship and mission

  • Dion-Marie White

    DEACON

    Dion is a trained youth specialist within schools and has a heart for young people and sharing the gospel in creative ways. Dion loves ballet and is a trained dancer and enjoys chocolate cake

  • Karon Grant

    CHURCH SECRETARY/ADMINISTRATOR

    Karon has supported the leadership team as Church secretary and has a passion to encourage and serve people in all walks of life. She currently works with toddlers and children in the National Health Services and loves helping others.

  • Navlett Malcolm

    DEACON AND PASTORAL SUPPORT

    Navlett has worked in the hospitality sector and enjoys Caribbean food and dancing. She serves in the pastoral care team, providing communion with home visits and praying and supporting the church with pastoral support.

  • Pat White

    MISSIONS/YOUTH CO-ORDINATOR

    Pat oversees our Mission work and youth work within the fellowship. A registered youth magistrate with a passion for social justice and young people. Pat has extensive experience with social work and encouraging young people. Pat loves seeing projects fulfilled and communities empowered by the gospel.

  • Shereene Carnegie

    PRAISE AND WORSHIP LEADER

    Shereene has served as our praise and worship leaders for several years, leading the church in areas of worship and encouraging a worshipping community. She works as a drama therapist and loves helping young children and people find their passion and giftings.

  • Vianie Elliott

    DEACON, ADMIN WORSHIP AND SUPPORT

    Vianie is a model example of serving, she works supporting clients in care homes, and hospitality in Chelsea Football Club. Vianie supports the hospitality team, worship support and light exercise class helping the church stay fit and offering support to the leadership team.
